What I do

I run Stephens Quantum LLC, a Florida software company. I design, build and run custom software for businesses: CRMs and sales pipelines, websites built for search, e-commerce systems, and the integrations that connect them.

I also build Beacon, a first-party analytics and attribution tool that ties leads and sales back to the pages and campaigns that produced them. You can see examples of my work on the portfolio page.

How the blog works

• No invented stories. Posts do not describe clients, projects or results that cannot be verified.
• Every statistic links to its source in the numbered list at the end of the post.
• Examples that are illustrations are labeled as hypothetical.
• Each post answers one question that no other post on the site answers. Overlapping posts were merged, and the old addresses redirect to the merged post.
• Corrections are welcome: email the address below and I will fix or remove anything that is wrong.
